About the lessons

What level of Dutch do I need to have?

Dutch Culture lessons are available for all levels.

Lessons for beginners and intermediate students of Dutch are taught in English, while you have the opportunity to learn some new Dutch vocabulary related to the topic. Lessons for advanced students can be taught in either Dutch or English.

Can I sign up for 1 separate lesson? Or can I sign up for a course?

Yes, definitely! You can select the class(es) you are interested in and book the lesson for the month advertised. 

Do you prefer to take 5 or more classes at another point in the year? Get in touch to discuss the options for a course best suitable to you.

How long is a lesson?

The minimum lesson length is 2 hours, but lessons can be booked for longer. 

As the Dutch Culture lessons are taught as 1:1 online lessons, the lesson can be as long as you like. A popular lesson length is 3 hours, which will give you the opportunity to go into more detail, ask more questions or have a discussion on the topic.
