General Dutch
Whether starting at beginner’s level or advanced, focus on language skills and improve your grammar, fluency and accuracy through general topics, from grocery shopping, to the news, to meeting up with friends. Learn every-day expressions, about Dutch language and culture and increase your confidence, productivity and opportunities in Dutch.
Example structure per week: 3 lessons of 1 hour.
Dutch for work and business
Expand your Dutch vocabulary, writing (e.g. email, cover letter, CV) and presentation skills based on the sector you work in or the field in which you are applying for jobs. Develop your Dutch skills for work in international/European political environments or academic contexts, or to work as an expat in the Netherlands or Belgium.
Example structure per week: 2 lessons of 2 hours.
Conversation and pronunciation
Develop your confidence in speaking Dutch and fine-tune your sounds and accent by practising your pronunciation, spoken fluency or accuracy revolving around topics of your interest. Speak Dutch during your lunch break through 30 minute lunch-time conversation slots, as part of a lesson plan or as specific lessons.
Example structure per week: 1 hour + 30 mins lunchtime conversation practice.
A specific skill: writing, reading, listening
Strenghten one specific skill at a time for work or study purposes or out of personal interest by combining skills development with your interests. Develop reading skills through fiction, news or subject-specific articles, improve your listening skills with a wide variety of audio(-visual) material and enhance your writing skills.
Example structure per week: 1 lesson of 1,5 hours.
Dutch for specific projects
You have a specific project, for example you are preparing for a job interview, seeking to provide commercial information in Dutch, revising texts, writing an article, giving a presentation, getting in touch with Dutch-speaking friends, family or loved ones, and you would like to find the right vocabulary or expressions, prepare yourself or polish your project before putting it out there.
Example structure per week: 5 lessons of 1 hour.
